Availability and Ordering

After your payment has been cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note that this email may be directed to your SPAM/JUNK folder if ordering with us for the first time. 

We strive to ship out orders as efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order has been placed. 

Please note that many of the products seen on our Official Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest Platforms are available for purchase. If you cannot find these items on our website, please contact us through the social media messenger, or at carlywatersdesigns@gmail.com

Shipping

All shipping, domestic and international, is through USPS.

For Domestic shipping, we offer free ground shipping. 

For International shipping, we offer a flat rate of $20 USD. 

Taxes, Customs and Currency

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Duties on goods vary widely depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in, but normally total 18-20% of the item price.

If you refuse a shipment from www.CarlyWatersDesigns.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These charges are not refunded to you.

Returns and Repairs

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To do a return please contact us at carlywatersdesigns@gmail.com to start the return process. 

For repairs, we are happy to help in many situations. However, due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, we cannot be responsible for neglect. We are happy to help, please email us with your particular repair situation at carlywatersdesigns@gmail.com

Metals used: Gold-filled silver vs Gold-plated:

Gold-filled metal and chain is a great and economical alternative to solid gold jewelry. Gold-filled jewelry is much more valuable and durable than gold-plated. There is almost 200 percent more gold in gold-filled items than is found in gold-plated items.  Just as gold-plated jewelry is plated with gold, gold-filled jewelry is as well, but there is a big difference between the ways these products are made. Gold-filled items have a much thicker layer of gold on them, and the gold is a much higher quality. In fact, it is just a step down from solid gold when it comes to quality and value. It does not flake off, rub, or turn colors. Anyone who can wear gold can wear gold-filled without worries of any allergic reaction. 

 Jewelry Care

Each piece is handmade. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones, each piece should be handled with care. We highly suggest talking off your jewelry before any rough handwork and before showering, ensuring and preserving the quality of each piece. Please note ALL opal pieces must be taken off when in water, to preserve the quality, as these are naturally a soft stone. For all solid and gold-filled jewelry, simply wash with lightly sudsy water whenever needed. 

Sizing

All ring sizes are in US sizes. Please know the correct size prior to ordering as many of the rings cannot be re-sized. All necklace, bracelet and anklet sizes will be noted on product description.
